Matt and Becky are an awesome couple who decided to travel to Mexico for their wedding and have a reception state side. This created a unique opportunity to create two invitations with very different purposes.
The “Save the date” was mailed with a luggage tag- implying that their wedding was one to travel for, and also serving the dual purpose of being a name tag to put on their luggage.
The reception was local. It was mailed in an envelope but the bottom portion of the card was perforated so it could be removed and sent back as a postcard without the need of an envelope, saving the bride and groom a bit of money on needing a return envelope.
